- Grater — for garlic, zest
Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken thighs
- 2 lemons
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- To taste — salt and pepper
Method
- Juice the lemons using the juicer and zest one with the grater.
- Grate the garlic cloves into the lemon juice.
- Whisk in olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
- Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes, or overnight for deeper flavor.
- Sear in a hot pan 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Rest for 5 minutes, then serve with the pan juices spooned over.
