Most kitchens end up with a drawer of single-purpose gadgets: a grater that only grates, a julienne peeler used twice a year, a chopper for the onions.

This is all of it in one body. Up to fourteen cuts, each one a stainless steel insert that slides into the same frame, over the same container. The lid presses for dicing; the mandoline face handles the slicing and grating.

Do the inserts fit the other Fullstar choppers?

The inserts in this range fit the Pro Original chassis. A replacement set is sold separately for select Fullstar chopper models — check that set's page for the models it covers before ordering.

Can it go in the dishwasher?

Yes, every part. Separate the blade insert from the body first so water reaches both sides of the cutting edge, and dry the inserts before storing them.

How much room does it take up?
