Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) green beans, trimmed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop garlic with the Fullstar Chopper.
  2. Sauté green beans and garlic in olive oil until tender-crisp.
  3. Season to taste and sprinkle with Parmesan to serve.
