Big Batch Chili

Perfect for batch cooking—this chili is flavorful, filling, and freezer-friendly.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground turkey or beef
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop onion, peppers, and garlic with the Fullstar Chopper.
  2. In a large pot, sauté veggies with ground meat until browned.
  3. Add beans, tomatoes, and seasonings.
  4. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Cool and portion into containers for the week.
