Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) ground turkey or beef
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop onion, peppers, and garlic with the Fullstar Chopper.
- In a large pot, sauté veggies with ground meat until browned.
- Add beans, tomatoes, and seasonings.
- Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Cool and portion into containers for the week.
